The software did not perform as described on our website or documentation. The customer contacted our support team at support@opticore.live and allowed reasonable time for troubleshooting. The refund request was submitted within 7 days of purchase. The license has not been used extensively or abused (e.g., multiple activations or attempts to bypass usage limits).

Non-Refundable Situations
